Plus, he as well as every staff member were so welcoming with our 2 year old daughter who isn't always the calmest toddler around. Had to bring my car back because it was making noises whenI would step on the gas. I had just brought my car there a few weeks ago and it was there for about 2 weeks. I had alot of work done on my car. I sent Sean a video of the noise my car was making and he said something sounds loose. Not an uncommon problem after having everything I had done. He scheduled an appointment for me and was able to provide me with a loaner car.
Charging $1,000 for a battery and support battery replacement, including $440 for less than 1 hour of labor, is outrageous. Not sure if it will do any good, but I would like a manager to contact me next week to discuss. I also plan on contacting Volvo regarding this visit depending on how this is resolved.

The experience with the service was excellent..I had a problem making my appointment. The call service signed me up for an appointment with the Chevy service center not the Volvo service center. Luckily I caught it and changed it. Then I got an email saying my appointment was modified. When I called no one knew what that was.
