I had a wonderful experience at Tarpon Springs Volvo. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who redyed my armrests did a great job and was very knowledgeable. This is my second time at the dealership and it’s been nothing but a great experience. This is by far the best service department that I have ever visited. I recently moved from Denver to Clearwater Beach and following the move I had problems with both the battery and a fluid leak on my Volvo XC40. The experience with the service was excellent..I had a problem making my appointment. The call service signed me up for an appointment with the Chevy service center not the Volvo service center. Luckily I caught it and changed it. Then I got an email saying my appointment was modified. When I called no one knew what that was.

FERMAN VOLVO personnel are very nice and helpful.The only problem is when I call and get the call center,the personnel are not accommodating or I have been told NOT to be late or my appointment will be cancelled. I understand that people take advantage of time,but if you are late due to traffic that is rediculous. I drove to FERMAN Volvo to make my last appointment due to the unprofessional service at the call center.Everyone at VOLVO has been great every time I have been there.

My first service was at Tampa Honda and I was ready to give my car back and start over and it was only at 9k miles with a transmission issue. Tampa treated me terribly I will never other for service. I went to tarpon with the transmission issue and Jackie treated me wonderful. I told her because of her i will probably renew a lease at the end of the year when mine is due.
